We have a fully implemented Quality System based on international standards such as HACCP (Hazards and Critical Control Point) and SOP (Standardized Operational Procedures) and IFS Broker.
With this system in place, we can control the health and welfare of the animals from our meat suppliers through to the manufacturing process of the products and the logistic chain from plant to customer. We are regularly audited and also monitor the supply chain to minimize and eliminate any possible risk.
We not only expect our suppliers to meet our high quality standards, but also our service partners, such as our cold store, transportation partners and packaging handlers are subject to this policy.
Intervlees strictly supervises all these processes to achieve the highest safety standard of all our supplied products and gladly conforms with the European legislation to meet our customer’s needs.
